AWARDS
The SBID International Design Awards has been firmly established as one of the most prestigious events in the interior design industry, it covers 45 countries. The awards serve to recognise, reward and celebrate design excellence from a broad range of categories.
Winning a SBID International Design Award is a distinguished achievement as each category undergoes a stringent two-tier judging process by panels of leading industry experts for both technical content and aesthetic creativity.

The international judging panel comprises of industry leaders from many areas of global creative and business sectors. Entries across 14 categories are rigorously scrutinised, with categories reflecting how the dynamic industry of interior design is evolving.

Submission Cost 2019

SBID Members

SBID members are eligible to enter up to 5* projects free of charge. A one-off £50 (+ VAT) admin charge is applicable. This fee is per entrant not per submission. *NB: Depending on level of SBID membership

Non-SBID Members

For non-members, a fee of £175 (+ VAT) applies per submission. A one-off £50 (+ VAT) admin charge is applicable to all entrants, this fee is per entrant not per submission. One project can be entered into multiple categories but will be charged per submission (i.e. Project A can be submitted into the Retail and Public Space category, totalling a fee of £400).

1 entry = £175 + £50 = £225

2 entries = £175 + £175 + £50 = £400

3 entries = £175 + £175 + £175 + £50 = £575

4 entries = £175 + £175 + £175 + £175 + £50 = £750
Winners and finalists enjoy numerous benefits such as free entry to our annual networking event at the House of Lords and inclusion in the SBID Global Interior Design coffee table book.

The prestigious SBID Awards ceremony takes place in The Ballroom of the historic Dorchester hotel, Mayfair. It provides an opportunity for finalists to network with design professionals and potential clients.

Winners receive a highly prized SBID International Design Awards crystal trophy crafted by Sans Souci.
